摘要
Lenses based on plasma could offer an alternative to electronic beam steering at high frequencies (similar to 100 GHz) and high powers. Presented are beam deflection measurements for a lens which exhibits wide angle deflections (25 degrees), good collimation and rapid beam steering (similar to 100 mu s). A practical prototpe is described.
