Coronary atherosclerotic aneurysm often occurs in association with severe atherosclerotic coronary stenosis. We describe the percutaneous catheter-based approach to coil embolization of a circumflex coronary aneurysm at the time of obtuse marginal branch coronary stent deployment. (c) 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
