摘要：
The existence of almost periodic solutions to retarded differential equations with piecewise constant argument was established. The Razumikhin technique was used to establish some theorems on the existence of almost periodic solutions. The Razumikhin technique used Liapunov function to develop this technique to study the stability of functional differential equations.
