摘要
As to the problems of pretreatment system using liquid chromatography hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (LC-HG-AFS) at present, a novel pipeline connection for the pretreatment system including oxidant choice module, VU/non-UV choice module, and pre-reduction/non-pre-reduction choice module was designed. Those different modes can be chose based on the necessity of determination so as to simplify the operating and decrease the analytical cost.
