摘要
Rapid development of today's technology, provide development of new technologies. Usages of image processing and signaling systems are increasing in every part of our life. Traffic sign recognition systems which can be developed by image processing and the signaling system are used in today's world. This system improves the driver's attention and safety. In existing systems are not fully safe or is not widely used. Therefore this subject is available for research and development. In this paper, primarily speed sign recognition system was described. Image processing part is based on OpenCV and signaling system based on RF-Id technology.
