摘要：

Urethral duplication is defined by the presence of a muscular conduct with a urinary epithelium in addition of the normal urethra. it is a rare pathology, which though frequently asymptomatic, can sometimes be a cause of repeated urinary tract infections. We report the case of a 2.5-year-old boy who presented a rare form of urethral duplication (type IIA2 of Effmann and Lobowitz) associated at other urinary anomalies. Treatment consisted of urethroplasty. Outcome was satisfactory.
