摘要
Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system and the most common disabling disorder of young adults. MS might lead to significant functional impairments resulting in disability. Exercise is an essential part of symptomatic MS therapy to gain positive effects in symptom management and to work against existing functional impairments.
