With the continuous development of information technology, information technology has penetrated into all walks of society; the impact on the socio-economic management, including the impact of human resource management is also growing. From the nature of information technology's information processing and analysis, discusses the impact of information technology on human resource management model. This article aims to help people from the perspective of IT applications to understand human resource management.
