Features of Educational Environment Empowering Development of Engineering Competence

The article discloses the features of the educational environment that empowers a student to study the context of learning paradigm. This is the environment, which involves organisational - material conditions, competences of a teacher and a student, psychological and educational conditions and it gives self-confidence for a student as well as it gives power for him/her to learn. This system emphasises high level of student's responsibility, a possibility to express autonomy, to use necessary resources at any time, tolerance for failures and qualitative feedback. The research referred to the premise that all factors of educational environment influence development of engineering competence.
