摘要
A novel method for the densification of sol-gel films is explored. After elimination of organic decomposition products by heat-treatment at 350 and 450 degrees C, the films are isopressed prior to crystallisation at 550 degrees C. Consequently, porous lead zirconate titanate films, similar to 0.7 mu m in thickness with pore sizes of similar to 0.1 mu n could be transformed into dense 0.2 mu n films, but nanoscale cracks were evident.
