Doping dependence of the coherence length in the two-component model for La2-xSrxCuO4 thin films

The dependence of the superconducting transition temperature T-c on the hole concentration p for La2-xSrxCuO4 thin films is calculated in the two-component model. The doping dependence of the Ginzburg-Landau coherence length zeta is derived for cuprates. In general case, the two correlation lengths are obtained but only one is critical. The dependence zeta(p) has the minimum at p = 0.15-0.16. The expression for the upper critical magnetic field H-c2(p) is obtained. The curve Hc(2)(p) for cuprates has the maximum as a function of p.
