摘要
Compressor disk from VT3-1 Ti-alloy has been investigated. Experiment was performed on disk having in-service developed fatigue crack. Block of two sequences of cyclic loads of the trapezium and triangle shapes was used to estimate correlation between a number of fatigue striations formed on fatigue fracture surface and a number of cycles produced by the block. Fractographic examinations revealed unified process of fatigue striations formation under both cyclic loads shapes. Based on the quantitative fractographic analysis, the five fatigue striations formation per flight has been shown.
