摘要
The report shows that the traditional foundations and principles of real-time video systems do not take into consideration peculiarities of operation in real-time and solved problems. Principles of increasing of productivity and effectiveness of real-time video systems are proposed, including: new information base, dynamic models of such processes as pan, searching objects and tracking them, control of parameters of information reading from video sensor and combining of input and processing of video information. As a prototype for constructing advanced vision system a human visual analyzer is considered.
