摘要
The pan European forecast of Skills Supply and Demand for, developed by European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) is an important contribution the process of labour market needs anticipation supported by European Commission. This forecast is based on cooperation with important European research institutions led by Institute for Employment Research at the University of Warwick (GB). The main methodology used for providing the forecast as well as main results are described in this article. The main focus is on describing future challenges on labour market with respect to ageing of population. The change of age as well as qualification structure of the labour force is the main challenge for supply side. The main challenge on demand side is outflow of workers due to different reasons (mostly retirement) and consequence need for their replacement. These two things should be taken into the account in the future labour market anticipation.
