摘要
The French local administration produces a huge amount of heterogeneous and interdependent documents, which creates a content management issue for the administrators and an increasing need of accessibility for citizens. To meet those requirements, the Legilocal project, a French initiative, develops tools to ease the production of local administrative acts, the sharing of information among local administration clerks and the semantic search of documents. This paper presents the underlying Legilocal ontology-based documents model which takes into account not only the semantic annotations of documents, their various types, their logical structures and their different versions but also the document collection viewed as a semantic network of documents.
