摘要
Self-organized polymeric microstructures were studied. A patterned elastomer, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) mold with planar surface with recessed patterns was fabricated by casting PDMS against a complementary relief structure prepared by photolithography. The polymeric microstructures were investigated, that resulted when the second mold was rotated 90° with respect to the first mold. The cross sectional profiles of the structures obtained for the 1 μm and 3 μm second mold patterns annealed for 60 minutes were examined to understand the results.
