Synthesis of carbon nano spherical structures and nano composite oxide [TiO2/SnO2 (2:1)] hollow spheres by hydrothermal method and study of characterization with photo catalytic activity

摘要
Carbon nano spherical structures, Nano Composite Oxide TiO2/SnO2 hollow spheres of 2:1 are synthesized by employing hydrothermal method. The samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDS and UV-Vis. A systematic studies of photo catalytic activities of TiO2/SnO2 hollow spheres were investigated by photo degrading of four dyes:Methylenen Blue (MB), Congo Red (CR), Methyl Orange (MO) and RhodamineB (RhB) At the end we reported, the degradation efficiency of TiO2-SnO2 (2:1) hollow spheres could reach approximately 90% within 270 min.
