摘要：

In this article, a new estimator for estimating the proportion of a potentially sensitive attribute in survey sampling is introduced. The relative efficiency of the proposed estimator has been studied with respect to the existing competitors. The proposed randomized response model based on two decks of cards can always be made more efficient in any surveys than the Warner (1965), Mangat and Singh (1990), and Mangat (1994) models by adjusting the proportion of cards in the two decks of cards to be used.
