摘要
The stereoselective total synthesis of Putative structure of the Cryptopyranmoscatone A2 is presented, starting from epichlorohydrin. Key step in the synthesis involved a domino intramolecular ring-closing metathesis/cross-metathesis reaction to provide styryllactone.
