摘要
Nanozymes, a kind of catalytic nanomaterials with enzymatic catalytic properties, have attracted immense interests in recent years owing to their high stability and low cost. Among a variety of materials served as nanozymes, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent-organic frameworks (COFs) as emerging organic framework materials have gained increasing attention due to their high surface area and flexible nano-scale porosity, which can be rationally designed to own ideal mimic enzyme activities. In this review, MOFs-based and COFs-based nanozymes have been introduced from the aspects of construction and composition. Besides, the applications in sensing and therapy have been summarized. Finally, the development status, current challenges and future prospect on the MOFs and COFs-based nanozymes were briefly discussed, so as to promote the wider applications. (C) 2022 Elsevier B.V.
