摘要
The results show that it was possible to apply the safe and reproducible process of preparation of chemically and radiochemically pure 16α-[18F]FES to an automatic module. The modified [18F]FDG module from Nuclear Interface proved to be suitable for this method. An automatic module and a production plant make it possible to work with an amount of radioactivity of up to 100 GBq. Thus, there is nothing to impede the regular production of 16α- [18F]FES as a radiopharmaceutical in amounts that permit application to several breast cancer patients.
