摘要：

The application of on-line regulating matriculation system for graduate student have alleviated many problems caused by enrollment expansion such as information jam, low efficiency and so on. However, large quantity and mobility of the examinees lead to uncertainty of information. As a result, it is impossible to achieve an optimal allocation between the recruiting departments and the examinees. The paper analyses this problem in a new perspective using common agency theory. Furthermore, effective countermeasures are proposed by the authors.
