摘要：
What informationization is that basing on the widespread availability of modern: information technology, people significantly improve the functionality and efficiency of the various social activities by improving the management of information resources and utilization levels. One of the important methods to strengthen ruling capability of Party and educate Party members is using network information technology to develop grass-roots party building work. Therefore, it is essential to study on the significance and restrictive factors of the work of Party building information technology, to give more proposal on how to do it well, by which the application of information technology areas and the efficiency of work of party building can be impressively promoted.
