摘要
Tris(O-alkylxanthato)iron(III) complexes (alkyl = Me (1), Et (2), and Bu-i (3)) were used as single source precursors for the synthesis of iron sulfide nanocrystals by thermolysis in oleylamine, hexadecylamine and octadecylamine at 170 to 300 degrees C. The morphology of the crystallites was strongly affected by the reaction conditions as well as the type of precursor used.
