摘要
We report the successful use of the Proseal (TM) laryngeal mask airway as a Fescue device in three pre-hospital cases where tracheal intubation after induction of anaesthesia had failed. The ProSeal (TM) LMA allowed ventilation and oxygenation of all three patients under difficult circumstances. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
