摘要：
Immunohematology is the foundation of transfusion medicine. Immunohematology and the fundamentals of blood banking are examined, including ABO, Rh, and minor blood typing, antibody screening, crossmatching, Coombs testing, and blood product compatibility. Current recommendations for packed red blood cell, platelet, and fresh frozen plasma transfusion are reviewed.
