Molecular genetic analysis of resistance to Fusarium head blight in a back-cross derived population of Triticum dicoccoides with T-durum

摘要
A BC1F6 population from the cross Triticum dicoccoides (line 'Mt. Gerizim#36') with T. durum (cultivar 'Helidur') was used to map QTL for resistance to Fusarium spread. In a preliminary data analysis that several QTL were detected. The relatively largest QTL mapped to chromosome 6B (R-2 11%) and chromosome 3A (R-2 17%) of T. dicoccoides.
