摘要：

This Ph.D. project will re-conceptualize the term employability through the framework of Communities of Practice. The re-conceptualization gives implications of how higher IT education could facilitate employability, not only in terms of skills, knowledge, and personal attitudes but also through identity formation and imagination of students' future.
