摘要
Thick YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) coatings were developed, using the Atmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS) technique. The quality of the coatings is strongly correlated with both starting powder characteristics and plasma spray processing parameters. The present study is referred to the preparation of YBCO powder material in an efficient way using the spray drying technique and to the low cost production of high quality YBCO thick coatings from it.
