摘要：
we have done this investigation in purpose of providing basis for making prevention and intervention towards internet using and internet addiction of Qinhuangdao College students. The investigation has been done towards 2000 college students with questionnaires, taking samples from different layers. The questionnaires are designed by ourselves which is about internet using. The internet addiction testing tool used is CIAS-R by Pro. Shuhui Chen (Tai Wan). The results show: 33.7% students use their spare time being on line, 8.1% tested objects are in internet addition. Students of different sexes, education, grades, and hometowns behave differently in some degree.
