摘要
Homogeneous carbon superdoped BiPO4 has been controlled prepared via the reactable ionic liquid (IL) [Omim]H2PO4 induced process. Based on the initial formation of strong-coupling between dopant precursor (glucose) and reactable IL, the homodisperse of dopant precursor throughout the BiPO4 can be obtained as the phosphate group in the IL react with bismuth nitrate to in situ form BiPO4 during solvothermal process. After the further calcinations, the homogeneous carbon superdoped BiPO4 was formed. The photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared photocatalysts was evaluated by the degradation of 4-chlorophenol. The enhanced activity of C-BiPO4 was ascribed to the elevated VB maximum, which broadening of the VB width and accelerating the migration of holes. The main active species were determined to be both hydroxyl and superoxide radicals via the electroh spin resonance analysis. It was the first report for the preparation of homogeneous carbon superdoped photocatalyst via reactable IL. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
