Superconducting properties of superlattices containing ferromagnetic layers

摘要
Using the microscopic theory formulated by de Gennes and extended by Takahashi and Tachiki, we calculate the transition temperature T-c and the pair function F for the superlattices consisting of superconducting and ferromagnetic layers. Superconducting layers (s) and ferromagnetic layers (f) are modeled by V-s not equal 0 and I-m,I-s = 0 and V-f = 0 and I-m,I-f not equal 0, where V-s (V-f) is the BCS coupling molecular field for s (f) layers.
