摘要
A miniature high-pass filter using the stripline structure with low temperature co-fired ceramic technology is presented. A lumped element circuit model is used to synthesize the designed filter, and the full-wave simulator HFSS is used to finalize the design. Experiments have been used to verify the design. And the measured prototype shows good performance, including a compact size, light weight, high selectivity and low insertion loss. The size of the fabricated prototype is 10mmx9.86mm(0.268 lambda(0)x0.265 lambda(0)), where lambda(0) is the free-space wavelength at the cut-off frequency 8.05GHz. The investigated filter can be a promising candidate for wireless systems.
