摘要：
In the title compound, C18H16N2O3, the indole ring is planar and the two adjacent carbonyl groups are mutually trans oriented with a torsion angle of 144.8 (3)degrees. The single C-C bond linking the two carbonyl functionalities is 1.539 (4) angstrom. Molecules are linked into a two-dimensional network by intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds.
