摘要
A design study was performed for the basic TEM horn antenna. In the theoretical model, care was taken to avoid the problems associated with the use of gap sources when calculating the reflection coefficient and input impedance of the antenna. All numerical calculations were made with a program based on the Method of Moments, and the accuracy of the numerical calculations was established with measured results for selected antennas.
