摘要：
The BVD virus can contaminate the sperm, the granulosa cells, the follicular fluid, the oocyte itself and the fetal serum. The virus is present in IPI animals and in cases of transitory infections. Therefore the risk encoutered in embryo production in vivo and in vitro is very high. Respecting the hygiene recommendations for the manipulation of embryo and controlling the origin of gametes are essential to prevent the introduction of the BVD virus by embryo transfer (4 photos, 1 figure, 40 references).
