摘要：

Proposed an on-line steel bars partition control method based on machine vision on-line steel bars counting system. We introduced a visual feedback control and a decision-making methods. Steel bars movement simulation and bars tracing algorithm are presented. A rule-mining algorithm based on Rough sets is applied to extract control rules of partition.
