摘要：

Asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions of (E)-1-phenylsulfonyl-3-penten-2-one with open ring diene were investigated in the presence of a chiral titanium catalyst. The enantioselectivity and reactivity were discussed in the asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions of ( E)-1-phenylsulfonyl-3-penten-2-one with open ring diene. 4-Phenylsulfonylacetylcyclohexene derivatives were prepared in high yield with high optical purity. The absolute configuration of the cycloadducts was determined as well.
