摘要
This paper aims to highlight the causal relationship between proximity and organizational culture in the context of the Hospital Supply Chain (HSC), case of the Moroccan hospital Cheikh Khalifa (HCK). It aims to identify the most significant dimensions of organizational proximity and those that influence the relationships between internal HSC actors. Conducting semi-structured interviews with all HSC CK actors (doctors, pharmacists, nurses and administrators) helps to achieve our goal.
