摘要
As an important supplement to fossil energy power generation, photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of clean and renewable energy. Due to the output voltage of photovoltaic power generation is too low to meet the demand of grid-connected inverters, a high-gain DC/DC converter for photovoltaic power generation is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the switched capacitor network, a ripple suppression circuit is introduced. The independent inductor is wound on the same core to form a coupled inductor, which reduces the volume of the magnetic component. The ripple absorption circuit is composed of auxiliary inductor and auxiliary capacitor, which overcomes the shortcoming of large input current ripple of high-gain converter based on switched capacitor. Moreover, the switch is not directly connected to the output, which reduces the voltage stress of the switch. On this basis, a quadratic boost circuit (QBC) is combined with the proposed circuit to further improve voltage gain. Finally, the simulation verification is carried out using the PSIM software on the basis of the principle analysis.
