摘要
In this work, the electrical characteristics of reduced graphene oxide reduced using various green reductants were studied. There were three types of reducing agent used, namely ascorbic acid, glucose, and trisodium citrate. The successful reduction of graphene oxide was exhibited in UV-Vis spectroscopy with the presence of 265 nm peak. Additionally, the resistance of the reduced graphene oxide was lowered about ten times using solely ascorbic acid. It was found that mixture of ascorbic acid and glucose yield rGO of lowest sheet resistance, similar to 0.57 k Omega/sq compared to others. Comparison among all samples revealed the shift of conductance minimum, which could be attributed to the functionalization of rGO that have cither enhanced or deteriorate their respective sheet resistance.
