摘要：
Venture Capital (VC) development has a positive catalysis to the technological innovation through financial supporting, service of commercial operation, and risk controlling. Meanwhile, its mechanism of expecting high-yield reasonably and controlling high-risk reasonably has an impact on the development of enterprise technological innovation more or less. After the analysis of co-relations and difference between VC and technological innovation, based on the Chinese characteristics of VC, the article proposes some corresponding countermeasures to avoid the foundational negative effects of VC mechanism and strengthen positive influences on Chinese technological innovation.
