摘要
The paper proposes a calculation method and a costing algorithm of services provided by telecommunications companies. Both the total cost of providing the whole amount of services (operating costs) and prime costs of individual types of services are calculated, with a possibility to estimate each of them at an average for the industry and particularly for a certain telecommunication company. The forecast value of costs on production and sales of cellular telecommunication services is defined. The factors affecting the prime costs of telecommunication services are revealed and the interrelation between them is determined. Some particular cellular telecommunication services are calculated. Based on these calculations of prime costs, prices for cellular telecommunication services are defined.
