Clinical-histological study with the ultrapulse CO2 laser

This study has the objective to show the damage caused to human skin with the use of the CO2 laser, and the possibility of using it in associated surgical procedures. We've made a histological study with the skin of the pre-auricular and temporal regions of 80 (eighty) patients submited to facial rejuvenation associated surgeries, where at the same time we performed face lifting, blepharoplasty and the resurfacing. We've observed the accuracy and security of the CO2 Ultrapulse Laser, and have no complications directly related with this method. This assotiation allowed us to achieve good results in the gravitational facial falls, as well as in litlle wrinkles. We've came to conclud the biggest contribution that represents the moderntecnology of the CO2 laser to facial rejuvenation.
