摘要
Currently, gamification is gaining a considerable popularity within the information systems field. Gamification concepts have various potentials in enhancing and utilizing the implementation and use of information systems within organizations. Thus, this literature review aims to summarize gamification utilization and application in enterprise systems' (ES) context. ES are known to be large and complex applications to work with, and with the help of gamification concepts it may aid users to be more engaged and work efficiently to utilize these systems to their fullest extent. This article also highlights potential research avenues for academics and ideas for practitioners.
