摘要
This paper addresses target localization in single frequency networks-based MIMO passive radar (SMPR). Based on the characteristics of single frequency network (SFN) radar where the same content is transmitted by all transmitters at the same frequency simultaneously, SMPR can become the virtual SIMO passive radar whose number of receivers is the product of the receivers and transmitters in SMPR. A generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) based on the above transformation is derived for exploiting inter-transmitter correlations in SMPR. Moreover, the general direct localization is to search all the physically admissible points in a finite discrete state space, and it is brute-force. In order to alleviate this problem, a fast grid search technique is used for direct localization. Real data processing confirms the proposed method.
