摘要
This paper reports a convenient and sensitive method for the detection of TNT by using FITC-PAH as a probe, which selectively recognizes the TNT molecule with the amino group, and anchors the amino-TNT complex adjacent to the fluorophore moiety via the bent alkyl chain, leading to the fluorescence quenching of the probe through Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET).
