摘要：
Theoretical and methodological aspects are discussed in using the fudamental physical constants (FPC) to reproduce units for physical quantities. Effects are considered from matching lip the FPC on the accuracy in reproducing the units for electrical quantities as well as the role of the FPC in unit system construction.
