摘要
This paper reports the preparation of alkaline orthosilicate phosphors M2SiO4, (M-2=Ca, Sr, Zn) activated with suitable dopants (Eu, Dy, Mn) by a modified solid state synthesis method. XRD and photoluminescence characterization of these phosphors have been studied. It is suggested that these phosphors may be useful for applications like solid state lighting. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V.
