摘要
Globalization is one of the most important trends in the past decades in industry. More and more expatriates worked in other countries and confront challenges during the adaptation period. This study focused on expatriates' adaptation using the aspect of cultural intelligence (CQ). Firstly, we explored the antecedents of CQ, and then examined its impacts on adaptation of expatriates by empirical data. We conducted the analysis based on 118 Taiwanese expatriates and found that work-related experiences and English proficiency is related to CQ of expatriates and CQ is effective to expatriate's adjustment overseas.
